How to customize the single post page on WordPress

Many of us don’t think twice about the template that dictates how our Single Post looks, but that’s mostly because in the past we didn’t have a choice. We used to get a theme that had already determined the look of our single posts, and there was nothing we could do about it.

But now, with WordPress Full Site Editing, we have the ability to design the look of our single Posts.

In this post we are working with the Twenty Twenty-Three WordPress theme.

To begin, go to:

  • Dashboard
  • Click on Appearance
  • Select Editor
  • Click on Templaes
  • Select Single Post
  • Expand by clicking on the single post
  • Find the List View on the top
  • Click on Group
  • Select and drag elements to our liking
